Tour

or Internet. The Internet has become a vital part of the Real Estate industry
and an excellent tool for marketing homes for sale. It is crucial that
this technology is used to its full potential. Homes for sale with virtual
tours are seen by more viewers than homes without.
Multiple
Photos
Other agents enter your listing in MLS with only 1 photograph. Many times
the photo is of the community gate only, giving no indication of the look
of your property, or some agents submit 0 photos. We always give MLS multiple
photos of the property, showing a Buyer each unit or special features

Proper
Pricing
When pricing your home properly we use not only MLS information but County
Records as well. It is important to consider those sales which did not
go through the MLS, i.e. family transfers, foreclosures, For-Sale by Owners,
etc.
The
comps must be studied carefully to assure realistic pricing. Properties
overpriced usually sell for even lower than the appropriate list price
because agents shy away from 'overpriced turkeys' even when the price
is lowered.
